My toddler and I hiked a portion of the Pacific Crest Trail near Wrightwood, California and along the way we saw a lot of colors. We kept pointing and naming the new colors that we saw on the trail. My daughter is still learning her colors so I thought this would be a great opportunity to make a book for her. I took pictures of each new flower, plant, or other living or nonliving thing with new and interesting combinations of colors.
